If you don't receive the email or WhatsApp message to fill out the form, please contact us 24 hours before the tournament. We won't be able to assist once it starts, as photographer logistics will be affected.
The subscription cannot be paused. Even if your child doesn't participate in a specific season, they will still be able to attend the various ESM activities throughout the year, in addition to enjoying all the benefits mentioned above.
ESM's mission is to ensure that at least the minimum requirements outlined in the subscription are met. However, the athlete will not necessarily be covered in all registered tournaments due to various factors beyond our control, such as the length of each athlete's participation, early elimination from the team, or photographers covering multiple teams simultaneously. Nevertheless, we will ensure that every effort will be made to comply with all established requirements.
You will receive the photos through our social media channels, where the footage will be posted periodically. It's important to note that the posting won't necessarily occur on game day and may take up to six weeks. If you wish to receive the photos, you must request them within 24 hours of their appearance on our social media channels.
If your child and their team received recognition in a tournament's "Gold Bracket," or recognition as an outstanding athlete, and you would like to have it highlighted on our social media, it is important that you send us the details via WhatsApp to: 939-224-0954.
