For special events, please coordinate directly with ESM.

3. Regulations: Important Points

If you don't receive the email or WhatsApp message to fill out the form, please contact us 24 hours before the tournament. We won't be able to assist once it starts, as photographer logistics will be affected.

4. What happens if my child doesn't play all year and only participates in a single season, for example, the club season? Can I pause the subscription?

Accepted Answer

The subscription cannot be paused. Even if your child doesn't participate in a specific season, they will still be able to attend the various ESM activities throughout the year, in addition to enjoying all the benefits mentioned above.

5. Does this mean that ESM will provide coverage for ALL tournaments I register my child for?

Accepted Answer

ESM's mission is to ensure that at least the minimum requirements outlined in the subscription are met. However, the athlete will not necessarily be covered in all registered tournaments due to various factors beyond our control, such as the length of each athlete's participation, early elimination from the team, or photographers covering multiple teams simultaneously. Nevertheless, we will ensure that every effort will be made to comply with all established requirements.

6. How will I receive the photographs?

Accepted Answer

You will receive the photos through our social media channels, where the footage will be posted periodically. It's important to note that the posting won't necessarily occur on game day and may take up to six weeks. If you wish to receive the photos, you must request them within 24 hours of their appearance on our social media channels.

7. If my child had a significant achievement in a tournament, will it be posted on ESM social media?

Accepted Answer

If your child and their team received recognition in a tournament's "Gold Bracket," or recognition as an outstanding athlete, and you would like to have it highlighted on our social media, it is important that you send us the details via WhatsApp to: 939-224-0954.

8. Terms and Conditions of Equipment Offers

Accepted Answer

- A minimum of 4 games is guaranteed during the season.- We cannot guarantee photographs if participation is limited.- Photos will be received between one and four weeks after the games.- Once the photos are posted on social media, if you'd like to receive them in high quality, you can request them within 24 hours of posting.- The number of photos per athlete per game may vary due to each player's position or other factors.
